Personal data processing policy
Rules for processing data submitted through the RUKIT website contact form.
1. General provisions
RUKIT LLC is the personal-data controller. This policy applies to data collected through site forms: name, company name, telephone number, email address and message text.
2. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Data is processed to respond to an enquiry, prepare a proposal, arrange a demonstration or discuss a project. The legal basis is the user’s consent expressed by selecting the checkbox below the form.
3. Processing procedure
The controller takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect data. Data is retained until processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless law requires a different period.
4. Withdrawal of consent
A user may request correction, restriction or deletion of data by contacting the company at the email address shown on the site.
5. Policy updates
The company may update this policy when processing practices or legal requirements change. The customer must approve the final wording before the site is launched.
